Every bride wants to look beautiful on their big day. Not only should you want to feel confident on your wedding day but how about life afterwards. Your are starting a huge journey into married life! Health is not a selfish thing. You may want to live a healthier lifestyle because you want to look better but have you ever thought about why you may look better? Obviously, yes, you will lose weight but there are SOO many other benefits that come from living a healthy lifestyle. Losing weight is just the start. Your skin will start to glow, you will feel happier and, therefore, smile more, your hair, skin and nails will become healthier and stronger, you won't be sick as often (or ever) and your energy will increase. However, it is one thing to say that you want to live a healthy lifestyle but its another thing to do it. In my experience as a Health Coach, the wanting to start is not the problem, it is starting ad being able to stick with it that is many people's downfall. Having a coach, friend, or colleague to help hold yourself accountable is key! Motivation and sticking it out through the tough times is the hardest part so having someone to motivate you and help you through the tough times is such a gift.
